I'm Bea Gonzalez
Hi, I’m Bea Gonzalez—an educator, curriculum designer, and instructional consultant with 19 years of experience in the field of education. I hold a Bachelor's degree in History and a Master’s in Educational Administration, and I’ve had the privilege of serving as a teacher, instructional coach, district coordinator, and now, educational consultant.
I created TeachSmart because I believe teaching and learning should be engaging, purposeful, and practical. In a field full of theory, I wanted to bring that theory to life—showing educators how it looks in real classrooms, with real students.
Through supportive, data-driven consulting and methodically curated resources, I help educators elevate instruction and reignite the joy of teaching. Every tool is designed to meet the diverse needs of learners while keeping students actively engaged and learning.
Whether I’m working side-by-side with a teacher or leading district-wide training, my goal is always the same: to make instruction smarter, stronger, and more impactful—every step of the way.
